Tuna Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 Can of Tuna in brine drained
- 1 beaten egg white
- 2 tablespoons of Bokomo oats
- 2 tablespoons of onion, diced
- 1/4 tspn of garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with weigh-less spray and cook
- Shape the ingredients into two small patties and cook until both sides are brown.
